Privacy Policy
No Fixed Exit: Live is made by Raylight Limited Liability Company ("Raylight", "we"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit nofixedexit.live or create an early-access account, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: hello@nofixedexit.live.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, the display name you choose, and your password. We never see or store your password itself: our account provider keeps only a scrambled version (a hash) that cannot be turned back into it.
- Sign-up details: when you signed up, which version of the Terms and this policy you agreed to, that you confirmed you are 13 or older, and which site or app sent you to us (for example TikTok or YouTube), if the link said so.
- Security settings: if you turn on two-step sign-in with an authenticator app, the information needed for that.
- Visits: privacy-friendly visit counts (pages viewed, rough country, browser type) from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
We do not collect your real name, address, phone number, payment details or location. Nothing is sold on the site yet.
Why we use it
- To create and protect your account: verifying your email, letting you sign in, resetting your password, stopping bots and abuse.
- To tell you when early access opens and send important account messages.
- To count how many people sign up and where they come from, so we know whether to keep building the show.
We will only send news or offers that are not about your account if you have agreed to receive them, and every such email will have an unsubscribe link.
Who helps us
We use a few service providers who handle data for us under their own security and privacy terms:
- Supabase stores accounts and sign-up details.
- Resend sends account emails (verification, password reset).
- Cloudflare serves the website, blocks bots (Turnstile) and counts visits.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your account while it exists. If you delete it, or ask us to, we delete your account and sign-up details within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep something.
Your choices and rights
- Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or to correct it.
- Delete your account and its information at any time.
- Unsubscribe from any non-account email.
Email hello@nofixedexit.live from the address on your account. Depending on where you live (for example California, or the EU and UK), you may have further rights, and we will honour them. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Children
Accounts are for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has made an account, tell us and we will delete it.
Security
Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS), databases are encrypted on disk, passwords are only stored as hashes, and two-step sign-in is available. No system is perfect; if something ever goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date and version above, and tell account holders by email about anything important before it takes effect.
