NO FIXED EXIT: LIVE

Version 1.0, 2026-10-06. Early access only; these terms will be reviewed by a lawyer before anything is sold.

Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Raylight Limited Liability Company ("Raylight", "we") about No Fixed Exit: Live (the "show"), including nofixedexit.live and early-access accounts. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hello@nofixedexit.live.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you.

2. Your account

3. Early access

The show is in development. Early access means we'll let you know when it opens and you'll be among the first in. Features, timing and availability can change, and early access may be paused or ended. Nothing is sold yet, and an early-access account costs nothing.

4. Behave decently

Don't use the show to harass anyone, post hateful, sexual or illegal content, impersonate others, cheat, scrape or copy the stream or the maze, attack or overload our systems, or get around our security. Display names must be suitable for everyone. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. What belongs to whom

6. Fair play

The show will never offer gambling, cash prizes or prizes that can be turned into money. If paid features arrive later, what you get will be stated before you pay, and those features will have their own terms.

7. Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or close early access, and will tell you by email if we do.

8. No guarantees

The show is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, Raylight is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to US $50. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

9. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.

10. Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date and version above and tell account holders by email about important changes before they take effect. If you keep using the show afterwards, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.
